As our Business Process Analyst, you'll be instrumental in mapping, analysing, and improving client operations, paving the way for innovative AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insightful interviews with client teams to clearly map their existing business processes (current state)
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation and AI enhancements (future state design)
• Collaborate closely with senior team members and AI specialists to translate process insights into actionable AI-driven strategies
• Act as the essential connector between understanding operational challenges and unlocking transformative AI opportunities

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree minimum; Honours or Masters preferred) in fields like Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Demonstrated interest or involvement in consulting, process improvement, or operational analytics through internships, university projects, or extracurricular activities
• Familiarity or willingness to quickly learn business process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, etc)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage directly with clients
• Critical and analytical thinking to spot inefficiencies and propose innovative improvements
